Thursday After Ash Wednesday:
Before we return to meditations on Julian, here is one last set of Rosary Prayers based upon her words, a simple set for use at any time, that works very much like the Jesus Prayer. There are no specific meditations – the repetition of the prayer aids centering and stillness.
On the Medal, say: The Trinity is God, God is the Trinity; the Trinity is our Maker and Keeper, our everlasting Lover, and our endless joy and bliss. (Chapter 4)
On all the ”Our Father” beads, say: All shall be well, and all shall be well, and all manner of thing shall be well.” (Chapter 31)
On the three small beads, for Faith, Hope, and Charity, say this short version of the Julian Prayer:
God, of Thy goodness, give me Thyself, for Thou art enough to me. (Chapter 5)
Repeat on each of the decade beads.
On the Medal at the end, Repeat: All shall be well, and all shall be well, and all manner of thing shall be well.
If you wish a longer time in prayer, go around again.
